Equipped with four independently controlled cooking chambers, the Blodgett IMV-4E ImVection oven allows operators to prepare multiple menu items simultaneously. Each chamber features its own catalytic converter and offers two cooking modesa€”impingement and convectiona€”automatically assigned based on the selected temperature. The unit accommodates standard half-size baking pans, 16-inch round pizza pans, or full-size 12 x 20 hotel pans. Its temperature range spans from 300 to 525 degrees Fahrenheit, and a programmable touchscreen control can store 100+ multi-stage recipes for precision cooking.
The Blodgett IMV-4E oven features a stainless steel front, top, and sides for durability, while its 304 stainless steel interior resists corrosion and simplifies cleaning. Each chamber includes a wire rack, two jet plates, and a hidden temperature thermocouple. The two independent hinged doors have removable inner glass panels with a low-emissivity coating to retain heat. Additional features include a meat probe cooking function, dual independent heating elements, and four variable-speed blowers for consistent air circulation. The unit is ventless and designed for open kitchen environments.
