The Lincoln 1131-000-U conveyor oven features digital controls with an on/off switch as well as a fluorescent display that indicates belt speed, temperature, and diagnostic messages. Employees can adjust the cook time between 1 and 30 minutes and set its temperature range between 250 and 575 degrees Fahrenheit. With the optional FastBake™ technology, cook times are lowered without losing quality or increasing noise output. To extend its service life in high-volume kitchens, this unit's top, front, and sides are constructed of stainless steel€”a strong, easy-to-clean metal that resists rust and corrosion.

A single-deck, front-loading model, the Lincoln 1131-000-U conveyor oven measures 56 inches wide by 39 inches deep by 42 inches high. The direction of its conveyor can be reversed to accommodate different kitchen layouts. To increase output without taking up more space in compact environments, this unit is stackable up to three units high. Its glass access door has a cool-touch handle to ensure comfortable, safe operation.
