The Lincoln 1180-FB3G express conveyor oven's temperature range is 250 to 575 degrees Fahrenheit and it can cook a considerable array of food products. Its three decks have 18-inch-wide conveyor belts that are ideal for large items, such as pizzas, or groups of smaller products. The oven decks are stacked, optimizing their kitchen footprint and saving space in constrained kitchens.
The oven's FastBake technology streamlines cooking cycles to run swiftly with minimal quality loss and noise production. Its digital controls enable chefs and kitchen staff to adjust the temperature, cycle length, conveyor belt speed, and other facets of the oven's operations. These settings are lockable to maintain conditions and discourage interference with cooking.
