Lincoln 3240-000-N 78" Gas Impinger Conveyor Oven - Natural Gas

Pizza, breakfast skillets, pasta, and more can be baked in this Lincoln 3240-000-N conveyorized oven's single, 40-inch-long baking chamber. Using advanced air impingement and FastBake™ technologies, this unit eliminates cold halos and reduces bake time without affecting product quality. As baking requirements change, operators can adjust temperature and conveyor speed with the locking digital controls. The enhanced-view vacuum fluorescent display provides readouts of temperature, cook time, and diagnostic messages so users can manage operational status.

This Lincoln 3240-000-N single-deck conveyor oven measures 77⁷³/₁₀₀ inches wide by 60³/₂₀ inches deep by 21⁶³/₁₀₀ inches high and features a rust-resistant stainless steel construction that preserves its original condition throughout rigorous back-of-house use. To ease product insertion, it comes standard with a glass access door. For simplified cleanup and maintenance, its front panel provides full access to the interior, its finger assemblies and conveyor are removable, and its crumb trays collect debris. As demands increase, this unit can be stacked with two other Impinger units to maximize production without occupying additional floorspace.
