Great for baking, heating, crisping, or cooking menu favorites, the Lincoln 3240-1R conveyor oven package includes a single-deck oven with a 40-inch-wide baking chamber. Contents can be deposited onto the beginning of the conveyor or midway with the half-pass door. Once cooking is finished, enables safe food retrieval. To withstand high-volume use, this 77⁷³/₁₀₀-inch-wide by 60³/₂₀-inch-deep by 46⁴/₅-inch-high oven's stainless steel construction resists denting, warping, rusting, and corroding and is simple to wipe clean. Because it's positioned on a high stand with casters, it's elevated above the floor to ease cleaning and can be transported as needed. The removable front panel provides full access to the unit's interior, and the finger assemblies and conveyor belt are simple to extract for maintenance.

The Lincoln 3240-1R single-deck conveyorized oven's advanced air impingement reduces cook time by penetrating foods' cold halos, while the FastBake™ technology operates with high heat to quicken baking and retain product quality. To accommodate specific baking requirements, operators can set cook time between 1 and 30 minutes on the front-facing digital controls; so settings aren't adjusted unexpectedly, these controls automatically lock out. Staff can monitor oven performance with the fluorescent display, which shows temperature, cook time, and diagnostic messages.
