Rugged, corrosion resistant, and simple to clean, the Lincoln 3240-2V Impinger™ oven is made of stainless steel. It features crumb trays to further streamline cleaning as well as a removable finger assembly. To maximize output without occupying additional floorspace, it has a double-stacked configuration, and operators can stack a single unit with this one if desired. Overall, it measures 77⁵⁹/₁₀₀ inches wide by 60³/₂₀ inches deep by 64⁵⁷/₁₀₀ inches high.

The Lincoln 3240-2V conveyor oven is positioned on casters so operators can transport it between locations for maintenance or cleaning. It features a front-facing digital control panel with which users can modify the conveyor speed, time, and temperature. Its FastBake™ technology speeds cooking without lowering product quality or increasing noise levels. This unit is equipped with a fluorescent display that indicates temperature, belt speed, and diagnostic messages.
