Featuring a stylish glass top, the Eurodib S2F2 countertop induction range is compatible with pots and pans measuring 6 to 9 inches in diameter. Any piece of induction-ready cookware within this size range is compatible with this stove. When the piece is placed on one of the burners, currents are introduced that create an electromagnetic reaction between the copper coil and vessel. The energy created through this reaction is inducted directly into the pan, causing it to heat up. With this heating style, the unit's direct heating limits hot air in ambient air and reduces the risk of burns on hot surfaces.

Because this Eurodib S2F2 induction cooktop measures 23¹/₂ inches wide, it's ideal for use with breakfast bars or catering stations. It has two separate burners, so operators can prepare multiple dishes simultaneously. It has a soft-touch display with a 0-180 minute timer.
