Because of its multifaceted design, the Dexter Russell 2386C-8 Traditional® grill turner can be used for flipping foods on the grill or lifting slices of cake. Measuring 8 inches long by 3 inches wide, the blade can support medium-sized foods, and its high-carbon steel blade can withstand the impact of back-to-back use without corroding over time. It's offset to help reduce risk of injury from a hot griddle or grill, and it enables the user to reach beneath the food for a solid lift. Sporting a beech handle, it's comfortable to hold for long durations.
