Dexter Russell P2386C-8 8"x3" Perforated Turner W/ Beech Handle, Carbon Steel

The Dexter Russell P2386C-8 Traditional® turner includes small perforations on its blade to drain grease and oils to plate product as desired. Suited to lift meats and vegetables, the blade is made of high-carbon steel, and it measures 8 inches long by 3 inches wide. Its offset design helps reduce risk of user injury as it's angled to slide underneath foods on the grill while keeping the user's hand lifted. For a comfortable grip, it includes a beech handle.
