Taylor 5265072 10" Diamond Sharpening Steel w/ Black Composite Nylon Handle

The Taylor 5265072 sharpening steel is made of steel and designed to be used to keep kitchen knives ready to use. Chefs can slide the edge of a kitchen knife up and down the sides of the steel to maintain the cutting edge. The black handle is constructed of composite nylon and features a hand guard that stops knife blades from sliding too far down and causing injury. It measures 10 inches long and can be hung on a hook by the hanging loop built into the end of the handle.
