The SaniServ 108RAF frozen beverage machine has an interior frame that is made of durable steel for strength, and the exterior is made of rust-resistant stainless steel, which is easy to clean. The countertop design's small footprint maximizes counter space, can produce 16 gallons of product in an hour, and has an evaporator and mix reservoir that can hold 25 quarts of mix. A face plate on the front increases product visibility, helping attract customers.

The SaniServ 108RAF margarita machine is cooled remotely, so it requires a remote filling and condensing unit. Product is mixed by a durable stainless steel dasher with low-friction scraper blades, and controls are provided to automatically adjust the product's consistency. A solid-state, automatic visual alarm system notifies the operator when the mix is low.
