With its sturdy, aluminum exterior and interior, the Cres Cor 150-1838-DZ full-height mobile cabinet is durable to withstand the wear and tear of high-volume environments. It isn't insulated or heated, so it stores food at an ambient temperature for serving. Because it's positioned on 5-inch casters, it can be rolled from room to room in a long-term care facility. Two of these casters swivel to handle turns and two brake to hold the unit still while unloading.

The Cres Cor 150-1838-DZ non-insulated mobile cabinet holds as many as (28) 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans or plastic food boxes. Its one-piece door extends the full length of the cabinet and swings open 270 degrees to facilitate loading and unloading. With tamper-resistant hinges and interlocking sidewalls, this unit offers security against theft and vandalism.
