The 18-inch Matfer Bourgeat 111036 piano whisk has a heat-resistant Exoglass™ handle that protects the user from burns. Because the stainless steel wires are heat molded to the handle, they will hold their original shape and will not twist. Great for mashed potatoes and puff dough, this whisk is designed to prepare large quantities of thick mixtures.
