True TMC-34-DS-HC Milk Cooler W/ Dual Top & Side Access - (512) Half Pint Carton Capacity, 115v

The True TMC-34-DS milk cooler has a capacity of eight standard milk crates. Equipped with a dropfront door and flip-up top door on each side, this model provides dual-sided access for operations such as school lunch lines. Its stainless steel service doors are complemented by a white vinyl exterior that resists peeling and chipping, and the interior includes a clear-coated aluminum liner, floor racks, and a clean-out drain. Structure is created by the powder-coated steel frame rail and foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation.

A temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit can be set by operators and is maintained by R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant that runs through a self-contained, capillary tube system. Cool air is evenly pushed around the cabinet with condenser and evaporator fan motors, and the condensing unit is accessible when pulled out from behind the rear grille to simplify maintenance. Its evaporator is coated in epoxy to resist corrosion while packaged and bottled product is approved to be stored in the True TMC-34-DS milk cooler.

Lengthening the condensing coil's lifespan, the reverse condensing fan motor mechanism directs air at the coil for 20 seconds when the compressor is turned on to reduce debris collection over time. A cleaner coil surface enables the coil to work more efficiently and for longer periods. Operators should continue to incorporate preventive maintenance plans for coil to ensure it's working properly over time.
