True TMC-34-HC Milk Cooler W/ Top & Side Access - (512) Half Pint Carton Capacity, 115v

The True TMC-34-HC milk cooler holds eight standard milk crates. To access the milk cartons, this unit has a drop front door and flip-up top door while locks prevent product theft. A non-peel, white laminated vinyl exterior resists scratches, dents, and smudges, as its interior has a clear-coated aluminum liner and stainless steel floor that withstand frequent use. Structure is created by the foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation and powder-coated steel frame rail.

A capillary tube system runs R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant through the cabinet, maintaining a set temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit that can be monitored by an exterior digital display. Its condensing unit slides out from the back grille for maintenance, and cool air is circulated evenly throughout the cabinet with fan motors. The True TMC-34-HC milk cooler is NSF/ANSI Standard 7 compliant to hold packaged and bottled product.

To reduce buildup on top of the condensing coil over time, the condensing fan motor directs air toward the coil when the compressor is turned on. This 20-second mechanism helps eliminate dirt and debris so the coil can keep items cool over time and elongate the unit's lifespan. Though this is an effective design, it should not replace preventive maintenance for the condensing coil.
