The True TMC-34-S-DS-HC milk cooler has four doorsa'A¬aa'¬Atwo that drop down and two that flip upa'A¬aa'¬Ato provide access to people of varying heights. The exterior is made of stainless steel, which is durable and can be cleaned swiftly. Inside, the reinforced stainless steel floor can withstand the weight of many milk cartons and the walls are foamed with polyurethane insulation for structure and temperature retention. Its steel frame is black powder coated to resist corrosion.

This True TMC-34-S-DS-HC milk cooler uses forced-air refrigeration to hold milk temperatures safely between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. The temperature is displayed on an external digital readout so users can verify food-safe temperatures in the unit. To reduce required maintenance, the evaporator fan is sealed and self-lubricating. When service is required, the condenser can be accessed by sliding it out the back.

As the compressor turns on, the condensing fan motor directs air in an opposite direction for 20 seconds toward the condensing coil. This mechanism helps remove buildup of debris and dust so the coil can operate without using as much energy over time. Preventive maintenance is still required to monitor coil operation over time.
