True TMC-34-S-HC Milk Cooler W/ Top & Side Access - (512) Half Pint Carton Capacity, 115v

The True TMC-34-S-HC milk cooler can hold eight standard milk crates, supported by two floor racks and a stainless steel floor. Milk can be restocked and retrieved through two doors, a drop door on the front and a flip-up door on the top, and the exterior is constructed of durable stainless steel that can stand up to the heavy traffic of a school lunchroom. Its interior has a clear-coat over aluminum to resist corrosion. Along with a powder-coated steel frame rail, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation provides structure inside the cabinet.

The refrigerator system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain a set temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit that can be monitored by an external digital display. Refrigerant is controlled by the self-contained capillary tube system while the condensing unit slides from behind the back grille for servicing. Cold air is evenly distributed with condenser and evaporator fan motors.

By consistently removing debris buildup from the condensing coil, the unit's lifespan is elongated. When the compressor turns on, the condensing fan motor blows toward the coil for 20 seconds for collection elimination. Though it doesn't replace preventive maintenance, it helps the coil operate more efficiently and for longer periods of time.
