True TMC-49-DS-SS-HC Milk Cooler W/ Dual Top & Side Access - (768) Half Pint Carton Capacity, 115v

Capable of holding 12 standard milk crates, the True TMC-49-DS-SS-HC milk cooler can keep a low-to-medium supply of milk cooled between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. The self-contained refrigeration system uses forced air and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to keep temperatures consistent. An external digital display enables users to monitor the cabinet temperature and ensure contents are held at safe temperatures. The condensing unit slides out for convenient maintenance access if prompt service is required.

Blowing air in a reverse direction for 20 seconds when the unit's compressor is turned on, the condensing fan motor helps keep the condensing coil clean. With a surface free of dust and dirt, the coil can keep products cool for longer periods while using less waste. However, this mechanism should not replace standard maintenance practices.

The interior of this True TMC-49-DS-SS-HC milk cooler is accessed from both sides by two sets of stainless steel doors: a drop-front door and flip-up top door. The interior is also constructed of stainless steel to facilitate cleaning, while the steel exterior is finished with a chip-resistant white powder for corrosion protection. It is foamed with polyurethane insulation to keep milk cold. The unit can be moved with 4-inch castors and the front castors can lock the unit in place.
