True TMC-58-S-DS-SS-HC Milk Cooler W/ Dual Top & Side Access - (1024) Half Pint Carton Capacity, 115v

A forced-air system is used in the True TMC-58-S-DS-SS-HC milk cooler to keep stored product cold, as fans with energy-efficient, electronically commutated motors circulate the cold air. Operators can set the temperature on the control between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit and monitor that temperature on the exterior digital display. Since the unit uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain cold temperatures, it is more eco-friendly than coolers using traditional options. For convenience, the condensing unit is accessible behind the back grille and has a slide-out design.

Helping maintain a clean condensing coil, the condensing fan motor blows toward the coil for 20 seconds when the compressor is turned on. This technology can help consistently remove buildup of debris, dust, and dirt so the coil can perform efficiently, properly cooling products and decreasing energy use. To ensure the coil is working correctly over time, operators should continue to carry out preventive maintenance.

Accommodating (16) 13-inch by 13-inch milk crates, the True TMC-58-S-DS-SS-HC milk cooler has floor racks that support the heavy crates. Durable for high-volume use, the floor is reinforced and made of stainless steel, while a drain is built into the floor to remove water and spills from the cabinet. Doors are integrated into both sides of the cooler to create dual-sided access, which is great for two cafeteria lines. Each side has a flip-up door and drop-down door, both of which are constructed of durable stainless steel with security locks.
