To reduce cross-contamination risk when transporting dirty dishes or prepared foods, this Lakeside 311A 3 shelf trolley on wheels features purple bumpers on its handle and front legs, identifying it as storage for allergen-friendly products. These components also protect walls and furniture from becoming scuffed when the cart is moved. The cart's rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel frame is simple to wipe clean between uses to ensure contents are stored properly. Its angled legs are welded for additional strength and are fitted with four 3¹/₂-inch swivel casters that can turn and reverse. Its handle enables operators to steer the unit with full control.

The Lakeside 311A light-duty utility cart's three 24-inch by 15¹/₂-inch shelves are spaced 11³/₄ inches apart, providing ample space for larger products as stock is rotated. A reinforced, hemmed front built onto the shelves adds strength, while raised ledges contain spills and secure products in place during transport.
