Lakeside 5531 26 Tray Ambient Meal Delivery Cart

The Lakeside 5531 aluminum transport/delivery cabinet is great for delivering meals to patient rooms or tables in banquet settings. The aluminum construction of the cabinet makes it durable and resistant to corrosion, and its extruded sides keep their shape during transport. The unit can accommodate 18-inch by 26-inch or 14-inch by 18-inch pans on 26 extruded aluminum ledges. Air circulation is provided by corrugation on the sides of the rear panel and on the door's interior. The door swings open a wide 270 degrees on three stainless steel hinges to allow for full accessibility that makes loading and unloading pans easier. The Lakeside 5531 aluminum transport/delivery cabinet has a gravity catch that keeps the door closed while the unit is being moved.
