Lakeside 6534 16 Tray Ambient Meal Delivery Cart

Made of durable, sanitary stainless steel with a unibody construction, the Lakeside 6534 ambient meal delivery cart has no small corners or crevices where food residue and bacteria reside, streamlining cleaning. Its recessed door grips don't catch on skin or clothing, nor leave marks on surrounding walls and furniture. When loading and unloading the cabinet, users can open the door to 270 degrees; once fully opened, magnetic door latches secure the door in place so it doesn't swing shut to strike staff.

The Lakeside 6534 meal delivery cart has a removable rack assembly and lift-off door, enabling users to access all areas of the unit. Its fixed rack ledges support 16 sheet pans in a single compartment while four rolling casters beneath the unit support movement. These casters€”two of which swivel and have brakes€”feature reinforced yokes and mounting plates to roll across raised thresholds without bending.
