Lakeside 6536 19 Tray Ambient Meal Delivery Cart

The Lakeside 6536 ambient meal delivery cart is used to transport 19 full sheet pans of food in an enclosed environment that retains heat and moisture and shields contents from airborne contaminants. With its 1-inch square, tubular, stainless steel frame, this cabinet holds its shape and remains balanced even with recurrent use. For streamlined cleaning, users can remove the doors and rack assembly to access all nooks and crannies inside the cart. For added safety, the door grips are recessed, so users don't strike them in passing.

The door of the Lakeside 6536 meal delivery cart is insulated with high-density fiberglass and can be opened to 270 degrees to insert and remove sheet pans. Once fully opened, the magnetic door latch keeps the door in place until the user closes it again, preventing it from swinging shut unexpectedly. To protect walls from gouge marks, all four bottom corners have bumpers.
