The speed rail can be removed for cleaning or to increase space behind the bar. A slide-back cover shields stored ice from airborne contaminants, and melted ice can be drained into the wastewater bin on the rack's bottom to facilitate cleaning. Meant to be used at catering events, this 67¹Aa€z₂-inch-wide by 28¹Aa€z₂-inch-deep by 47¹Aa€z₂-inch-high unit is fitted on 6-inch swivel casters and can fit in most elevators during transport. To preserve its original look throughout common wear, it's made of high-density polyethylene. Its granite sand color works as a neutral tone that complements common color schemes in hotels and banquet halls.
