Because it's partially equipped with the required components for soda service, the Cambro BAR650DSCP668 Cambar® portable bar can be used to serve sodas and alcohol so long as the operator installs a premix or post-mix soda gun system. This basic system includes an 80-pound ice sink with a slide-back cover to shield stored ice from contaminants. At the bottom of the sink, an eight-circuit, sealed-in cold plate ensures ice is chilled and carbonated beverages are cold when dispensed. To improve organization behind the bar, an oversized speed rail holds seven bottles, and the rail can be removed for thorough cleaning or to increase storage space.

The Cambro BAR650DSCP668 portable bar's Sedona design adds an elegant appearance to blend in with high-end hotels, banquet halls, and patios. It's made of high-impact, waterproof polyethylene and is accented with decorative ABS plastic front and side panels and a decorative pattern over the fiberglass counter. For smooth maneuvering, it's mounted on four 6-inch swivel casters, and two of the casters have brakes. This 67¹Aa€z₂-inch-wide by 28¹Aa€z₂-inch-deep by 47¹Aa€z₂-inch-high unit can fit through narrow doorways and into standard elevators.
