Because it includes a 17-gallon water tank and a water pump, the Cambro BAR650DSPMT667 Cambar® portable bar post-mix system doesn't have to be hooked up to a water line, broadening the locations it can be used. Operators can mix a carbonated beverage with syrup using the post-mix system that features a post-mix soda gun, carbonator, stainless steel bag-in-box wire rack, three bag-in-box pumps, a CO₂ regulator gauge and tubing, hose and lines, a water pump, and a water filter. It's built to hold three 5-gallon bag-in-box syrups and a CO₂ tank. A sliding cover protects ice stored in the 80-pound ice sink, while an eight-circuit sealed-in cold plate at the sink's bottom drains melted ice effectively and chills drinks for dispensing.

To improve storage, seven bottles can be stored on the Cambro BAR650DSPMT667 Cambar® portable bar's speed rail, which is removable for cleaning. This 67¹Aa€z₂-inch-wide by 28¹Aa€z₂-inch-deep by 47¹Aa€z₂-inch-high unit has a high-density, waterproof polyethylene construction compatible with indoor and outdoor applications and resistant to rusting, denting, cracking, and chipping. For smooth maneuvering, it's mounted on four 6-inch swivel casters.
