For portability, the Cambro BAR650DSPMT668 Cambar® mobile bar's post-mix system includes a 17-gallon water tank and pump instead of a city water line hookup. The post-mix system features the required components to mix a carbonated beverage base with a syrup: a five-button soda gun, carbonator, three syrup pumps, a CO₂ regulator gauge with tubing, a hose and lines, and a water filter. An 80-pound ice sink integrated into the counter provides the opportunity to serve cold drinks, while an eight-circuit cold plate at the sink's bottom helps drain melted ice properly while chilling beverages for dispensing. The speed rail built behind the counter can hold seven bottles and is removable for cleaning to ensure bottles are stored on a sanitary surface.

Built for catering events, the Cambro BAR650DSPMT668 portable bar measures 67¹Aa€z₂ inches wide by 28¹Aa€z₂ inches deep by 47¹Aa€z₂ inches high to fit into standard elevators and through narrow hallways and doorframes. It's fitted with four 6-inch swivel casters, two of which have brakes to stabilize the unit during use. Its Sedona decorative pattern adds an elegant flair to event spaces and is made of rust-, dent-, crack-, and chip-resistant polyethylene to preserve this look over time.
