This Cambro BAR730PM194 Cambar® portable bar features a post-mix system so operators can add syrup to a carbonated beverage base. This system includes a post-mix soda gun with eight buttons; a carbonator; two stainless steel bag-in-box wire racks; six bag-in-box pumps; a carbon dioxide regulator gauge with tubing, hose, and lines; and a line for city water hook-up. To accommodate high-traffic events, it fits six 5-gallon syrup boxes and one carbon dioxide tank. Its 80-pound center ice sink features a sealed-in cold plate that maximizes exposure to ice, so drinks are chilled for dispensing. For alcohol organization, a seven-bottle speed rack is located behind the bar.
