This large Cambro BAR730PMT189 Cambar® portable bar measures 72³Aa€z₄ inches wide by 26 inches deep by 48 inches high for ample space to serve large volumes of alcohol and carbonated beverages. Its 80-pound center ice sink includes a cover for sanitary ice storage, and seven bottles can be stored on the speed rail on the back of the bar. Made of impact-resistant, waterproof polyethylene, this unit can be used indoors and outdoors and is mounted on four 6-inch swivel casters to improve mobility. To fit in at high-end banquets, hotels, and poolsides, it features a two-tone mahogany brown color scheme.

With the Cambro BAR730PMT189 portable bar's post-mix drink system, users can add syrup to carbonated drinks at the bar. This system includes an eight-button post-mix soda gun, six syrup pumps, a 17-gallon water tank, a water pump, and a carbon dioxide regulator with a gauge to facilitate drink creation. For high-volume use, it holds six 5-gallon syrup boxes and a carbon dioxide tank.
