This system is ideal for operators wanting to mix syrup into carbonated beverages by hand at the bar. To serve cold drinks, an 80-pound ice sink is integrated into the center of the bar, and a cold plate attached the bottom of the sink chills beverages for dispensing, draining melted ice into the wastewater bin in the process.

To support large quantities of drinks, this Cambro BAR730PMT191 portable bar measures 72³Aa€z₄ inches wide by 26 inches deep by 48 inches high and includes a seven-bottle speed rail.
