This unit is equipped with an eight-button soda gun; a carbonator; six bag-in-box pumps; a carbon dioxide regulator gauge with tubing, a hose, and lines; and a 17-gallon water tank with a pump, so it doesn't need to be hooked up to a city water line. To ensure liquids are chilled when dispensed, a sealed-in cold plate built into the bottom of the 80-pound ice sink maximizes exposure to ice, and this rooftop-style plate also drains melted ice into the wastewater bin.

As one of the larger models in the Cambar series, this Cambro BAR730PMT194 portable bar measures 72³Aa€z₄ inches wide by 26 inches deep by 48 inches high. Even with its size, the unit's four swivel casters improve maneuverability at catering events; two of the casters brake to ensure the unit is stabilized in storage or when operators are serving drinks.
