Its standard oversized oven is fitted with a thermostat that can adjust internal temperatures between 200 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Its spacious interior, which measures 26 1/2 inches wide by 26 3/8 inches deep by 14 inches high, fits full-size pans in multiple orientations.
The Vulcan EV36S-2FP24G240 electric range is built with a fully MIG welded aluminized steel frame with a stainless steel exterior that resists corrosion, dents, and daily wear. The two 9 1/2-inch cast iron hot plates deliver focused heat for sauteing and boiling, each with infinite control knobs. These control knobs are cool to the touch. The 24-inch polished steel griddle offers a smooth cooking surface with a thermostat for every 12-inch section.
