Equipped with a full-width stainless steel crumb tray, the Vulcan EV48S-8FP240 electric range supports efficient cleanup in fast-paced commercial environments. Above the tray, a 48-inch-wide cooktop is fitted with eight 9 1/2-inch round French hot plates, each managed by infinite heat control switches for independent surface adjustment. A stainless steel single-deck high shelf provides overhead storage, and the unit's fully MIG welded aluminized steel frame reinforces strength for long-term operation.
The Vulcan EV48S-8FP240 includes a standard oversized oven designed to handle full-size sheet pans loaded front to back or side to side. Its interior measures 26 1/2 inches wide by 26 3/8 inches deep by 14 inches high and features a single rack with three adjustable positions. A top browning control supports final-stage finishing, while the oven thermostat ranges from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Stainless steel construction across the front, sides, riser, shelf, and legs resists wear, and 6-inch adjustable legs provide a stable setup on uneven surfaces.
