This split-level layout creates separate zones for multitasking and staging. Each burner includes an infinite control valve, and the cast iron grates provide strength and even heat transfer for consistent performance.
Built for high-output cooking, the VHP636U gas hotplate with burners and infinite controls features a standing pilot ignition system for fast burner access. Stainless steel on the front, sides, and backsplash resists damage and simplifies cleaning. A full-width aluminized crumb tray slides out for maintenance, and 4-inch adjustable legs help level the unit on various countertop surfaces.
