Featuring a heavy-gauge steel construction with a stainless steel appearance, the Howard-McCray SC-OS35E-4C-S Impulse horizontal open-air cooler measures 51 inches wide by 34¹/₂ inches deep by 44 inches high. For added longevity and user safety, this unit is fitted with a 1-inch front bumper. The front grill is removable for cleaning, while the removable plexiglass sides enable endless configuration with other coolers. The step shelves support a 75-cubic-foot storage capacity, and the interior conditions are maintained after hours with the included night cover.

The Howard-McCray SC-OS35E-4C-S cooler's self-contained refrigeration system contains an electric condensate pan and air defrost that performs six cycles every day. The refrigeration system has a hermetic design, which means it's completely sealed away from the outside environment, and this cooler is provided with a drain for water removal. With a temperature range between 36 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit, the unit's foam insulation, air screen technology, and low-velocity fans ensure food-safe conditions.
