The Howard-McCray SC-OS30E-6-S-LED open-air merchandiser uses a self-contained refrigeration system to bring the unit to temperature. Staff must access the electronic controller to select from 36 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit. The sides of the cabinet can be removed to line up with others for an endless appearance. A high-efficiency air screen helps to retain cold temperatures.
