The Cadco XAFT-04FS-TR convection oven can save 99 different recipes that specify cooking conditions, and users can quickly find the recipe or cooking mode they need to facilitate cooking. To reduce theft or tampering, users can enable password protection on recipes. The door locks and unlocks automatically and the motor shuts off when the door is opened. LED lights illuminate the interior, and a dual-speed fan circulates air to ensure consistent cooking.
