To enhance the interior view to closely monitor the cooking process, this unit has dual halogen interior lighting. The interior has two 16 1/10-inch-wide clay hearthstones for preparing food items. The hearthstones provide a natural material that is corrosion-resistant, can hold heat well, and absorbs moisture to ensure pizza crusts are crispy.

The PizzaMaster PM401ED-1 multi-purpose oven is designed for countertop installation, can be stacked to conserve counterspace, and overall measures 25 3/5 inches wide by 23 3/5 inches deep by 19 7/10 inches high. This unit has a digital display on the front-right side of the unit that must be used to program temperatures and manage the turbo start feature and manual timer.
