The high-power, high-temperature PizzaMaster® PM 833ED 800 Series floor model triple pizza deck oven’s Turbo-Start feature eliminates the need to leave the oven on overnight as required by some gas ovens. The Turbo-Start function engages upon startup and reaches the desired temperature within 30 minutes. With a 932-degree maximum operating temperature, this pizza oven features three decks that can hold six 16-inch pizzas each and are independently powered for cooking different items at the same time, reducing power use during slower periods. Each deck features a stone hearth with three 32-inch-long by 16-inch-wide, natural, baked clay stones per deck, and top and bottom heating elements for greater temperature control and quicker recovery without cold spots.

The PizzaMaster PM 833ED pizza oven’s see-through, heat-reflecting glass oven doors and dual halogen lighting in each deck provide good visibility and reduce the need to open and close the doors. These doors open upward to reduce the risk of getting burned. This unit features a stainless steel front, which is durable and easy to clean, and a decorative eyebrow hood. To ensure precision cooking and reduce time spent checking the oven, this unit includes a digital display and a timer with a manual shut-off alarm or auto-timer mode. This unit has legs with lockable casters and a retractable, front-loading shelf.
