Operators can place these rotisseries on V-shaped spits that are prongless to minimize unnecessary cutting, maintaining the birds' structure. Each spit has individual motors to facilitate rotation for even cooking. Part of the GrandFlame? series, this unit showcases visible flames with its unique burner, which is made of stainless steel and has a removable air filter for product longevity. To minimize explosion risks, its gas and electrical chambers are separated.

This three-spit commercial rotisserie has a stainless steel finish with a brass trim to establish durability and elegance. Because its doors are constructed of tempered K-glass, produced heat remains inside, and it resists damage from impacts to preserve its appearance long-term.
