Equipped with eight racks, this Hatco PFST-2X Flav-R-Savor® tall dry holding cabinet accommodates 16 boxed pizzas or eight bagged pizzas. Heat circulates throughout the cabinet evenly for uniform heating results, and temperatures recover quickly when the doors are opened. Users can adjust temperatures with the temperate control system, and a monitor provides temperature readouts for tracking.

Able to be used in front-of-house or back-of-house applications, the Hatco PFST-2X holding cabinet has a two-door, pass-thru design. Its door handles latch to minimize temperature loss, and the cabinet is made of tempered glass for a direct view of product. Furnished with heavy-duty locking casters, this unit can be transported throughout a facility and secured in place during use. Overall, it measures 22¹³/₁₆ inches wide by 27³/₂₀ inches deep by 56⁹³/₁₀₀ inches high.
