To accommodate spatial constraints, its opening direction can be reversed. For easy operation, users can simply turn the unit on and off with the rocker switch.

Versatile to accommodate front-of-house or back-of-house applications, the Nemco 6405 countertop heated holding cabinet features a stainless steel cabinet construction and tempered glass window that provides product visibility and resists scratches. Equipped with five heat-tolerant stainless steel wire racks, this cabinet is engineered to accommodate 18-inch boxed pizzas. To suit applications with changing inventory, the racks can be raised or lowered within the cabinet.
