Perfect for convenience stores and carry-out pizza kitchens, the Nemco 6410 heated cabinet can be used to hold pizza boxes or other dishes and containers. It accommodates 18-inch pizza boxes, half-size sheet pans, and hotel pans on eight stainless steel racks, which are durable and resist heat and rust. For flexibility, the racks can be adjusted by smoothly sliding in and out of place.

This Nemco 6410 pizza holding cabinet has a preset temperature range from 145 to 187 degrees Fahrenheit, and while this limits flexibility and control over the unit, it also prevents users from setting complicated controls or tampering with the heat level. The cabinet can preheat in 20 minutes and has a digital temperature display that operators can read from across the room. Its door is field reversible and self-seals to prevent hot-air leaks. For visibility, the door has a glass window, and because the cabinet is made of stainless steel, it resists rusting, denting, and scratching.
