For optimal temperature control, the Hatco GRPWS-4818Q Glo-Ray® pizza warmer features a quadruple pass-thru shelf system with separate thermostatic control and power switches for each shelf. Constructed of hardcoated aluminum that simplifies cleaning, each shelf boasts a heated surface measuring 46⁹/₁₆ inches wide by 17¹⁷/₂₀ inches deep. To prevent heat damage to the countertop, 4-inch legs elevate the base heating element.
