It's made of aluminum and coated in an AMERICOAT® ePlus glaze that promotes uniform baking and prevents sticking. Furthermore, its ultra-hard BAKALON surface has been treated through an electrochemical process to improve resistance to abrasions and corrosion. The pan's solid bottom has embossed feet, preventing it from sliding around on table tops.
