The 12-inch Chicago Metallic 91120 deep-dish pizza pan accommodates a medium pizza and has 1¹/₂-inch-deep edges for chefs to form tall, sturdy crusts. It's constructed of 14-gauge hard-coat aluminum that heats evenly to reduce the risk of underbaked pizzas, while the hard coat improves the pan's abrasion resistance. This pan isn't dishwasher safe and should be cleaned by hand with a nonabrasive sponge.
