Because it's made of hard-coat aluminum and pre-seasoned, the Chicago Metallic 91135 deep-dish pizza pan heats evenly and has nonstick properties. It measures 13 inches in diameter with 1¹/₂-inch-deep edges, intended to produce medium-sized, Chicago-style pizzas that can be served directly from an oven to a table using its solid bottom. Embossed feet in the pan's base limit the hot bottom's contact with table surfaces, and the edges are tapered slightly to enable nesting with similar pans.
