Chicago Metallic 91145 14" Deep Dish Pizza Pan, BAKALON, 1 1/2" Deep, AMERICOAT Glazed 14 Ga Anodized Aluminum

The Chicago Metallic 91145 deep-dish pizza pan's 14-inch diameter is constructed of hard-coated aluminum and comes pre-seasoned to create immediate nonstick capabilities without extra steps before use. Its 1¹/₂-inch-deep edges provide plenty of room for crust to rise and are slanted slightly to enable stacking with other deep-dish pans. With its solid bottom and embossed feet, the pan can be used to serve pies straight from an oven to a table. To prevent corroding, the pan should be washed by hand with aluminum-safe detergent and a nonabrasive scrubbing pad.
