Because it measures 14³/₄ inches in maximum diameter, the Chicago Metallic 91155 deep-dish pizza pan accommodates a large pizza. Its 1¹/₂-inch-deep edge provides ample room for dough to rise or be formed into a Chicago-style crust, and with its solid bottom and embossed feet, it can be used for oven-to-table service. It's made of 14-gauge hard-coated aluminum pre-seasoned with AMERICOAT® ePlus glaze to give the pan a nonstick quality. Although it's safe to use with metal utensils, this pan shouldn't be washed in a dishmachine.
