Pre-seasoned to provide a nonstick quality, the hard-coated aluminum construction of the Chicago Metallic 91155 deep-dish pizza pan heats evenly to bake uniform crusts thoroughly. It measures 16 inches in diameter to hold large pizzas, and its slightly tapered, 1¹/₂-inch edge enable stacking with other deep-dish pans, conserving space and simplifying storage. It's not dishmachine safe and should be cleaned with mild detergent and nonabrasive cleaning tools.
